Terms & Conditions (Summary)
- Your card details are collected solely to process payment and secure your reservation.
- Guests must be 18 years or older to make a booking and stay.
- Prices are quoted in AUD and may change daily.
- A valid credit card and photo ID are required at check-in.
- Cash payments are not accepted. We accept Visa and Mastercard (debit or credit). A 3.5% card surcharge applies to all card payments.
- Check-in is from 2:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Early check-in and luggage storage are available on request, subject to availability.
- Guests are liable for any damage or loss caused during their stay. Fines may be issued for room damage or for triggering a fire alarm (for example by smoking in the room).
- The hotel is non-smoking. Smoking is not permitted in the rooms or indoors.
- Illegal activities, including drug use, are strictly prohibited.

Cancellation Policy
Rooms booked through our website are offered on a non-refundable rate: the full amount is charged at the time of booking, and no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including cancellations or no-shows. Please double-check your dates before you confirm.
For group bookings or reservations made through an online travel agency, cancellations or modifications must be handled directly with the agency or in accordance with their policies.
No refunds will be issued for early departures once a guest has checked in.
